I took my pearl white Volkswagen Golf 2.0 GT to Wils garage and had amazing service from the start to finish to say the least. My car needed a few bits done to it such as a spring, to mount, brake hose, track rod end, mot. The garage took my car in straight away and gave me a courtesy car to make sure I could carry on with my professional job that requires a reliable vehicle in which they supplied. The work was done correctly at good price. The service every time I walked in there or when they phoned me to let me know what was going on and update me on everything I wanted to know. The whole team had a conversation with me every time I went in there which I found respectful. Special mention had to be the receptionist who reassured me that everything will be done before I hand over money. She told me to phone her if there were any issues that they would sort it. Fast forward to the week after I get a friendly phone call off the garage asking how the car was and If I was happy with everything. Quality!

We saw a car at this Garage 2 weeks ago for our daughter and made an appointment to see it ,We were met by Johnny who was very helpful and showed us the vehicle which we took for a test drive. The Vehicle had a few small chip marks and scuffs on wheels which johnny sorted out for us as promised we did look at other vehicles around Chester but decided to buy from Abbotts as they were the most helpful. I could sit here all night writing but the main thing is they were the most polite and genuine out of all the garages we visited. We collected the car today gleaming and clean and all jobs done as promised Mot and Serviced he even valeted and undersealed for us Fab Guy would i buy again ..Yes I would

I was looking for a specific car to buy, AVS had it. We travelled 80 miles to see it, went on test drive by myself, liked it, bought it, collected the following week (14th April). It was all a pleasant experience, communication was good, staff were very helpful and accommodating, certainly aiming to please the buyer…. Customer orientated is the word I will use. Look out for special offers….. they are something worthwhile. Would do business with AVS anytime. Worthy of the 5* I have given.
